In 2010, The Georgian reported on the sixth form 32 day Expedition into Kenya and Uganda
An incredible trip that included :
- Teams trekking in the Masaai Mara, guided by Masaai Warriors, spending a day in the Kakamega Rainforest.
- Taking routes through Cloud forests. Went on tours on how coffee was produced
- An 8 day project at a beautiful remote village in Bumweru Primary School. The team helped with carrying bricks, digging foundations, mixing cement and laid floors.
The children benefited greatly from the 2 classrooms and there were many tears of appreciation on the final farewell.
